Heavy Infantry carry weaponry suitable for even taking out light BattleMechs in one salvo. The Heavy Urban Response Platoon, 608th Lyran MTR, 3rd Lyran Guards, is one of those units. Just one platoon of these determined infantrymen has been known to send an entire lance running for cover. If dug into a well-placed defensive position, it may take an entire company just to dislodge them from their location[1]
