Overview[edit]
After the Blackout, InterStar's CEO Trevor Bell tried to mitigate the communications crisis, reallocating half of the company's JumpShips to helping move communications between planets. By December 3133, he was a strong supporter of the then-growing Pony Express messenger chains.[1]
