Star Colonel Leon Rosse was a Bloodnamed Trueborn warrior from Clan Nova Cat.

History

In 3052 Leon Rosse was a Star Captain and commander of the Command SuperNova of the 449th Assault Cluster.[1]

By 3062 he had been promoted to Star Colonel and command of the entire 449th Assault Cluster. He was unable to integrate himself with the Nova Cat's new role and home in the wake of formation of the Second Star League, and his actions resulted in at least one major incident involving House Kurita's Fourth Pesht Regulars, leading to a black mark against his unit. By 3062, Rosse had already faced and defeated three Trials of Grievance from his own troops to retain command of the 449th, but most expected he would eventually be bested and exiled to Zeta Galaxy. By 3067, he was no longer the commanding officer of the 449th Assault Cluster.[2]
