Lucille Carlton was the commanding officer of the Chirikof Operational Area's Islamabad Combat Region as of 3025.[2]

Major General Carlton commanded the Crucis March's Islamabad Combat Region in 3025. Simultaneously, Carlton was commanding officer of the Islamabad Crucis March Militia and was stationed on Islamabad. By 3050, now-Hauptmann-General Carlton continued to command the Islamabad Combat Region following the formation of the Federated Commonwealth but no longer commanded the Islamabad CrMM.[1]
