Mark Allard was the third child of Daniel Allard and Megan Kell.[1]
History
In 3055, Mark Allard was residing on Arc-Royal with his grandfather. On 12 April, Morgan Kell presented him to Victor Steiner-Davion to whom he expressed frustration over his perceived betrayal of his uncle Phelan Kell.[2] The next day, Allard fought beside Victor Steiner-Davion in a sim battle.[3]
