Martha Steiner was an officer with the LCAF.
History
By 3145 Martha was serving as the Commanding Officer of the Buena Province.[1] When her commanding officer, Margrave Diego Widmer, seceded to form the Buena Collective, Martha stayed loyal to the Commonwealth. Martha extended clemency to the Buena troops who were conscripted into Widmer's army to form the First Buena Volunteers.[2]
