Max Ergen was a Paladin of the Republic of the Sphere.

History

Ergan had an older brother who was the head researcher for the Republic Institute for Strategic Combat. He was a promising Knight-Errant serving with the Tenth Hastati who caught the attention of Devlin Stone, who considered him a natural leader and dutiful soldier. Stone himself appointed him to the Council of Paladins in 3146.[1]

Dark Age

Ergen was part of the force that struck at Dieron in March 3149.[1] He led the Republic's First Army Group during Operation ERUPTIO. He later led the First Army to liberate Shiloh, Phecda, Gacrux, and Wing. He later fought a Trial of Possession against Anastasia Kerensky for Wing, which he lost. Though his 'Mech was heavily damaged, his body was not recovered by the Wolves.[3]

BattleMech

Max Ergen piloted a Doloire OmniMech.[4][1]
