MechWarrior Michael Gai was a one-time dispossessed Lyran Commonwealth MechWarrior and infantryman, who recovered a replacement 'Mech.[1][2]

History
Gai was a dispossessed MechWarrior for three years, prior to his infantry platoon going on a raid in Free Worlds League space with Lyran 'Mech forces, during which a new 'Mech was captured. He won the 'Mech during a game of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" with another dispossessed MechWarrior.
Gai's tactics during battle were to get close, aim for center mass, and hold down for the firing button until the enemy dropped or he did. His comrades however considered this belief is what caused Gai to become dispossessed initially, and might do so again.[1][2]
BattleMech
Gai was known to initially pilot a Victor BattleMech. After this was lost and a period of being dispossessed, Gai won a captured Marik Hunchback, which he nicknamed "Never Again".[1][2]
