Mualang Alpha is a Clan Nova Cat and LAW jointed build manufacturing facility that was constructed during the Jihad.
Overview
The Nova Cat facility was constructed in part of a deal to shore up the Clan's industrial base. Former LAW CEO Hoek Botterfield, fooled the Nova Cat Science and Tech Team into believing they were Mualang where they constructed the Mualang Alpha facility on an isolated island on world.
The facility, largely was considered part of Nova Cat's enclave lands, on island and was operational by 3077.[1]
