Nicholas Cassnew served as ComStar's Precentor ROM until 3034.

History

He was ROM's Precentor until Myndo Waterly returned after signing the agreement with the Draconis Combine. She accused him of gross negligence in the agreement with the Combine despite the fact she had taken the lead role in negotiations and used this as a pretext to promote the renamed Anastasius Focht in his stead.[1]
