Raymond Fritz was the ruler of Muphrid II.
History
Fritz was the duke and planetary leader of Muphrid II in 3067 for the Lyran Alliance.[1]
He survived somehow the Word of Blake occupation and was elected Planetary Governor of Muphrid for the Republic of the Sphere, a post he held from 3130[2][3] to at least 3135.[4]
