Russel Madison (b. 3049) was a MechWarrior in the Black Widow Company's Recon Lance of Wolf's Dragoons under commanding officer Stacy Church.[1]
History
Born on Bromhead, Russel attended the Outreach Mercenary Training Command as a student. When the battle of First Harlech erupted Russel and his classmates fought in the defense of Harlech. In the wake of Jaime Wolf's death, Russel used the speed of his Locust to escaped into Ridges of Outreach. After Second Harlech Russel joined a small unit that operated the flatlands between Am Nunsan and New Wyatt. This group asked to join the Black Widow Company and was added as an auxiliary scout unit. The last surviving member of his original unit Russel accepted a commission in the Black Widow Company and joined the Recon Lance.[1]

Russel is a speed junkie that takes pride in being the "fastest man in the inner sphere".[1]
BattleMechs
Russel piloted a captured Word of Blake Locust named Roadrunner. This model of Locust is the fastest known model of Mech to exist and Russel has enhanced this distinction by having his techs grind off every sharp edge on the machine.[1]
