History
The Hive was a Union-class DropShip owned and operated by Grover's Heavy Guard until that mercenary unit was effectively destroyed during a raid against Clan Smoke Jaguar forces on Port Arthur in March 3057. The remaining half of the Heavy Guard that made it offworld were effectively reformed under one of the junior MechWarriors, Maxophilia Rubinsky; having inherited a Union from the Heavy Guard, Rubinsky's Renegades renamed the DropShip The Hive and continued to own and operate it until at least late 3059.[1] [2] [3]
