Tibor "Trouble" Mitternacht worked with Brooklyn Stevens as a freelance mercenary, explorer and treasure hunter as of 3067. Like she, he was a former explorer with Interstellar Expeditions and likely a member of her team back then already.
A rail-thin man with greasy black hair, he had eyes of different colors: One was (natural) jade, the other (artificial) emerald. Apparently, his native language was German.[1]
