The Excalibur-class DropShip Tyrannosaurus Rex should not be confused with the DropShip Tyrannos Rex, also Excalibur-class. It has been clarified in an official ruling that these are different vessels.[1]

Description[edit]

The Tyrannosaurus Rex was one of the first batch of seven Excalibur-class vessels to receive the upgrade to "Pocket WarShip" variant. (The others were the Gorgon, Bellerophon, Thunderchild, Guardian, Stanley Castle and March Harrier.)[2]

Together with the March Harrier, the Tyrannosaurus Rex was one of only two Excalibur Pocket WarShips that were still in AFFS service as of 3070, both serving in the Draconis March.
