Why do we not consider the head of the espionage of House Davion as an spy?--Pserratv (talk) 08:22, 2 January 2020 (EST)
- Because we have no known cases of him acting as a spy. He was a diplomat and then minister of intelligence, they are both roles as a goverment official and who he is and what he does would be matters of public record.--Dmon (talk) 08:32, 2 January 2020 (EST)
