Real person article

Hey Lethewaters25,

looking at the Joseph Mooney article you created, I know you have stated that you have submissions it for Shrapnel, but until they are published users do not really qualify for a "real person article" on the wiki. Rather than simply delete the article I thought I would follow up with yourself.
