Star Colonel Wecken Rosse was a MechWarrior and officer who served with the 4th Nova Cat Guards Cluster ("The Oracles") from at least 3052 to 3067.[1][2][3]

Wecken Rosse was, as of 3052, a Star Captain and commander of the 4th Nova Cat Guards Cluster's Battle Trinary.[1] By 3062, Rosse had been promoted to Star Colonel and overall command of the 4th Nova Cat Guards, a post he still held in October 3067 at which time they were stationed on Tabayama and acting as part of the Second Star League Defense Force.[2]<ref name=FMCS></ref
