History

Formed in 3006 and uses often false colors of other Davion units. Over 40 years the unit were employed by the AFFC. In 3051 the unit assualt Blackjack, a world holded by the Jade Falcon, where they take bitter casauleties. It takes over a decade to rebuild the unit too its former strentgh. During the Capellan-St. Ives war, 3062, the unit help the Blackwind Lancers to escape Ambergrist. In 3062 they joined the Allied Mercenary Command (AMC) and fought with the Thirteenth Stalking Horse on Sheratan. Currently the unit is stationed at Alta Vista.

Officers

Brigadier Alisande Faulkner is a gifted tactician and student of mobile warfare.

Tactics

The unit use amor and infantry to pin down an enemy and battlemechs/aerofighter to destroy the enemy.

Composition

  • Wild Geese (Reinforced Regiment)
    • Each squadron is a reinforced battalion (6 companies each) all squadrons are supported by hover armor,VTOLs, and Battle Armor troops
  • Blackhorse Squadron: jump capable 'Mechs of fifty-five tons and heavier
  • Ironhorse Squadron: heavy and assault ’Mechs
  • Darkhorse Squadron: fast light and medium ’Mechs

Notes

3069 The Wild Geese left togehter with the Thirteenth Stalking Horse the Federated Suns.
3071 Both units where battered while attacking Spica, through Blakist reinforcement. (Half of the Horse and the Blackhorse Squadron from the Geese are lost).
