War of 3039
During the War of 3039, then First Leutnant Wilhelm Hebl led a company of the 23rd Arcturan Guards amidst the assault on Alrakis. There he and his unit faced off against the 11th Legion of Vega.[2]
Prior to the FedCom Civil War
As of 3062, now Colonel Wilhelm Heblt served as the the aide to the commanding officer of the Twenty-third Arcturan Guards, Major General Nadine Killson, while stationed on A Place.[1]
