Winona Stephenson-Voss was the aide to the commanding officer of the Draconis March's Woodbine Operational Area as of 3067.[1]
History[edit]
Leftenant General Stephenson-Voss, commanding the Second New Ivaarsen Chasseurs, was stationed on New Ivaarsen in 3062. A sixteen-year veteran of the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth and youngest cousin to Duke Leto Stephenson, Stephenson-Voss had served in a number of support roles in the Draconis March at the behest of her husband, a minister to Field Marshal James Sandoval. When the call to rebuild the Second Chasseurs went out, Stephenson-Voss divorced her husband and took her three children back to New Ivaarsen to help train (and eventually command) the new regiment. Although she had never commanded a unit larger than a lance in battle, Stephenson-Voss's abilities as a born analyst allowed her to quickly adapt to her new responsibilities.[2]
After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Stephenson-Voss was promoted to general and served under Field Marshal Alberta Orsina, commander of the Draconis March's Edgeward Combat Theater.[1]
