Leftenant Colonel Bill Friedman was a MechWarrior, who served in the Federated Suns' Thirty-third Avalon Hussars, as of 2841.[1]

Friedman was a member of the Thirty-third Avalon Hussars, when they conquered Northwind in 2481 during the Second Succession War together with the Davion Assault Guards, destroying the Third Kearny Highlanders and Stuart's Highlanders Regiments of the Northwind Highlanders. During this campaign, Friedman served in the Regimental Command Lance.[1]
