Star Commander Devin Folkner was a Bloodnamed Clan Jade Falcon aerospace fighter pilot during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Devin Folkner served in Trinary Echo of the 4th Falcon Velites Cluster within Clan Jade Falcon's Vau Galaxy under Galaxy Commander Angeline Mattlov.[1]
Devin was wounded during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
