Lieutenant Donna de la Kalbe was a member of the Waco Rangers from at least 3025 to 3058.[1][2][3]

History[edit]

Early Career[edit]

Donna was, as of 3025, a mere MechWarrior within the Waco Rangers' Kristi's Scout Lance, Warren's Medium Company of the 2nd Battalion (Kelly's Support Battalion).[1]

Nockatunga[edit]

In September 3032, while still a MechWarrior in Kristi's Scout Lance, Donna participated in the fighting between the Waco Rangers and Snord's Irregulars on Nockatunga. Donna was part of a group of Ranger Scout 'Mechs, which located Snord 'Mechs within the city of Thule as they were trying to secretly recover a priceless collection of twenty-third century Demmings crystal, which Colonel Wayne Waco was using as bait to force an engagement with the Irregulars. Only of one of Waco Rangers 'Mechs in Donna's unit managed to escape the Irregular's jamming, and report the location of the force within Thule to the rest of the Rangers, with the remaining Rangers 'Mechs being seriously damaged.[3]

Coventry[edit]

By 3058, Donna had been promoted to Lieutenant, and command of her own Scout Lance. In this role she was a part of the Waco Rangers' contribution to the Coventry Expeditionary Force, which fought against Clan Jade Falcon during the Battle of Coventry. On 15 April, Donna's lance linked up with a unit of the Tenth Skye Rangers, but Donna misidentified a Skye Ranger Jenner belonging to Private Regina Walford as a Jade Falcon Fire Falcon, and nearly ordered her lance to open fire. This near accidental friendly fire incident was only prevented by Donna's assistance lance leader Sergeant Dale Freize correcting her error with an alarmed shout.[2]

BattleMech[edit]

Donna piloted a Wasp BattleMech.[1][2]
