Reginold Umashita was a DCMS mercenary liaison official from Dieron in 3068.[1]
History[edit]
After mercenary forces helped rescue and ship off Dieron Director of the Internal Security Force Ninyu Kerai-Indrahar in April 3068. He stated that regardless of what rumors would say, the DCMS was very active acquiring mercenary services with substantial salvage rights, excellent pay structures and open-ended repair clauses, and that those contracts were for operations on Dieron, Pesht, Benjamin and Galedon military districts.[1]
