Major General Takia Foster was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 55th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Major General Foster was part of the command staff of Army Group Steiner, before being promoted to lead the 55th Mechanized Infantry Division in 2764, after its former commander failed badly during Operation KOBALD wargames against the 92nd Jump Infantry Division.
Excited to receive a combat command, Foster worked hard to improve its capabilities.[1]
