About Me[edit]
In 1993 I became a BattleTech fan after randomly buying several of the novels from the scifi section of the local bookshop. Two years later I discovered that there were video games set in the same universe, and that a a new one was about to come out. It took me even longer (until after we had first gotten internet access in the late 1990s) to realize that BattleTech had started out as a tabletop wargame, and what that even was.
