The Third Strike Regiment was a BattleMech Regiment in the Draconis Combine Mustered Soldiery during the late Third Succession War.

In 3025, the Third Strike Regiment was one of four BattleMech regiments assigned garrison and suppression duty on Verthandi under orders from Duke Hassid Ricol.
