The Fourth Kavalleri was a Clan-style military formation that was deployed by Clan Ghost Bear in the Rasalhague Dominion. Utilizing Combined-Arms, the unit specialized using fast hovercraft and speedy 'Mechs.[1]

Reorganization[edit]
Originally the Fourth Kavalleri was an Inner Sphere BattleMech Regiment in service of the Free Rasalhague Republic.[2]
After the absorption of the Free Rasalhague Republic in 3070 by Ghost Bear Dominion, the regiment along with the rest of the KungsArmé slowly transitioned into Clan Ghost Bear's Touman.[3] By 3072, the Regiment would be remade into a Clan second-line Cluster; initially only the BattleMech units would be operated using Clan organization, the Cluster's attached armor and aerospace support would remain unchanged.[4][5]
Former members of the KungsArmé were ordered to undergo a Trial of Position to retain their "warrior" ranks in the new reorganization of the Fourth. However, the Trials did not work out for some veterans in other units in the KungsArmé, those soldiers would be forced to stand down and take less active combat roles.
