The Aegis-class heavy cruiser Blue Talon served as Operation REVIVAL escort and transportation to the 124th Striker Cluster.[1]
As of 3059 the Blue Talon was serving as the CJF Blue Talon, one of nine Aegis-class vessels serving in the Jade Falcon touman, operating alongside the CJF Black Talon, CJF Frost Falcon, CJF Gold Talon, CJF Hawk Eye, CJF Jade Talon, CJF Janice Hazen, CJF Red Talon and CJF White Talon.[2] The Blue Talon would continue to be an active part of the touman throughout the next decade[3] and into the beginnings of the Jihad.
The Blue Talon was one of the Jade Falcon WarShips to serve in the allied coalition during Operation SCOUR, the combined operation conducted by the allied coalition during the Jihad to liberate the worlds of the Word of Blake Protectorate. The Blue Talon served as one of four Jade Falcon WarShips assigned to Task Force CRONUS, the WarShip flotilla assigned to secure the Titan Yards during the drive on Terra.[4]
Having survived the Jihad the Blue Talon was one of only three Aegis-class vessels to still be in service with the Jade Falcon touman in 3079.[5] It was also active in 3145.[6]
