Cassandra Malthus was a trueborn officer of Clan Jade Falcon in the thirty-first century. She served as commanding officer of the Third Falcon Talons Cluster prior to Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Little is known of Cassandra Malthus' career in the Jade Falcon touman, except that after her death, she was succeeded as commander of the Third by Star Colonel Gran Newclay.[1]
