Ciro Oquendo y Ramirez was a Lyran Commonwealth noble.
History
Academy
Ciro graduated from the Nagelring as part of the class of '49 alongside Victor Steiner-Davion. During 3048 he was bested by Victor Steiner-Davion during the tactical simulation tests[2]. He scored in the top five percent and was assigned as an aide to academy instructor Adam Steiner.[1].
Jade Falcons
Ciro was taken as a Bondsman by Clan Jade Falcon on Romulus in April 3050.[3]
BattleMechs
During his time with the Strikers, he piloted a Wolfhound. After becoming a bondsman (and later Warrior) of Clan Jade Falcon, he would pilot Adam Steiner's captured Axman, until it was recovered. He now pilots the Timber Wolf OmniMech.
