Description of World

World of purple Fronds[1] instead of conventional trees or grass. The Heather as its known by locals grows up to three to four meters tall. The inhabits communities are almost hidden by the Heather at the bottom of valleys that dot the landscape. With their primary industry being agriculture, with their local buildings being constructed of scrap metal since there is no trees.[1]

Planetary History

The planet during the time of the 1st Star League, which was once the home of a major trading nexus and Star League base on the border of the FWL and Capellan Confederation. It was a regional center of communication & home of robust entertainment industry, with highly academic cultural, with scholars traveling from through the Inner Sphere rim ward half attending its schools. After the fall of the League, it became rich target for both Free Worlds League and Capellans attacked the world. After dozen violent take overs, the planet was left devastated. Left unscathed after the Jihad.[2]

In 3082, the planet's was defended the 4th Andurien Cavalry which was part of defense pack with Duchy of Andurien. Late of that year, a Capellan BattleMech company arrived on world as part of greater effort by the Confederation to wedge a new border between the Andurien and its neighboring Oriente Protectorate. The Cavalry, was able to dispatch this probing force with considerable success.[3]

By the 3130s the Duchy of Andurien consider the world marginally strategically valuable due to its proximity to that era's major trading hub of Mosiro. By 3137, became home of the 4th Andurien Cavalry until the Andurien War with the Oriente. Where planet was taken by the Covenant Worlds 1st Expeditionary Force, the world became part of the Oriente Protectorate.
