The Great North was an armed group operating within the Draconis Combine during the Star League era.[1]

The Great North was made up of ethnic Rasalhagian individuals who were wanted for committing political and cultural crimes within the Draconis Combine. However, due to the oppressive nature of the Combine, the crimes were as minor as failing to display proper public decorum. But, these small crimes carried extreme penalties so individuals fled rather than face punishment.[1]
