Kappa Galaxy was a second line Galaxy whose main responsibility was the defense of Circe.[1], [2].

History
Prior to the Annihilation of Clan Smoke Jaguar and the Abjuration of Clan Nova Cat, Kappa had troops stationed on three worlds in the Kerensky Cluster.
As of 3061, Kappa has concentrated the majority of its forces on Circe to exploit the power vacuum caused by the Smoke Jaguars' fall and the relocation of the Nova Cats to the Inner Sphere. Here Kappa had functioned as Alpha Galaxy's reserve force in the territory wars on Circe.
When its naval Battle Star was dispatched to escort the Nova Cats to their new home in the Inner Sphere. The Wolf Clan took advantage and its ground forces clashed with Kappa's clusters forcing them to lose territory they had gained from the Smoke Jaguars. Kappa's morale improved when the Battle Star returned from the Inner Sphere.[3]
Kappa Galaxy did not survive the Wars of Reaving and the move to the Inner Sphere. By 3079 the few warriors left in the surviving units of the Galaxy have been incorporated with Delta Galaxy.[4]
