Michael Bloomsworth was the planetary governor of Lyons as of 3076 and early 3077.

Bloomsworth was Lyons' governor following its liberation during Operation SCOUR, when antagonism between the Sixth Pesht Regulars and the Seventh Donegal Guards boiled over into active violence.[1]
