Raised as a garrison Galaxy toward the end of the twenty-ninth century. Initially contained four Clusters of the Clan's oldest warriors, but was not a solahma unit. Khan Kevin McTighe intended Nu to be a home for seasoned veterans to continue to serve with honor, a move which worked well enough that it served as the model for other Coyote second-line Galaxies.[1]
After performing well for the the first part of its existence, Nu began to experience setbacks in the early thirty-first century, being forced off Marshall and Hoard. These actions reduced Nu to under sixty percent strength. Nu relocated to New Kent along with Xi Galaxy, a similarly damaged Coyote second-line Galaxy. In 3056, Khan Sullivan Koga's reforms reached Nu and Xi, with Xi being decommissioned and Nu gaining some of the defunct Galaxy's members.[1]
Officers
As of 3061 to 3067 the Commanding Officer was Galaxy Commander Leo Koga, the last commander of the deactivated Xi Galaxy.[1][2]
