Peter Cobb was a trueborn officer, known for both martial prowess and excellent public speaking skills.

Peter Cobb, since he was a colt in sibko training, developed a deep interest in reading militray history. Thanks to one of his instructors, a grizzled veteran named Uri, which fed his interest, giving him access to books not available to him, became an expert, and began writing papers about what he had read. His knowledge of military history made him an outstanding warrior. In his Trial of Position, he made two kills, graduating as a Star Commander.
