Technical Readout: Irregulars (abbreviated as TRO:I) is a in-universe military report for all commanders of the Republic of the Sphere in December, 3134. The book is guide to improvised and civilian vehicles converted for military use against the Republic by arising military splinter groups after the events of Gray Monday in late Dark Age Era.

The book provides detail information industrialmechs, Support Vehicles, and other miscellaneous units.

Technical Readout : Irregulars debuts the production and custom machines used by the the splinter faction in 3132 and the following years. Statistics and Record Sheets are included for 25 new IndustrialMech MODs, Security and MilitiaMechs, support vehicles, and their variants ready for play.
