The Forty-eighth Hussar Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History[edit]
In 2764, the unit was assigned as a part of the III Corps, Eighth Army to District 1 of the Free Worlds League Military Region.[1] The Forty-eighth and three other independent regiments in III Corps cycled between garrison stations to deal with various issues.[2]
The Forty-eighth was transferred to District 3 of the FWL Military Region by 2765 to take part in the SLDF response to the Periphery Uprising. The unit survived the war, the Hegemony Campaign, and followed General Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus in 2784.[1]
