Allois Bauer was, as of 3067, a merchant operating from Quatre Belle. An Outworlds Alliance citizen, he was secretly an agent of the Capellan Maskirovka.[1]
History[edit]
Starting in 3066, when a number of Blakist-turned-obviously conditioned Federated Commonwealth spies were found in Capellan territory, Allois, with the help of fellow trader Lucius Shute, was used to move them into Draconis Combine territory. The Maskirovka selected Allois for this task on the basis that he was judged incompetent and was known to the Draconis authorities - the insertion of these odd agents would easily be detected, causing confusion.[1]
