Lucius Schute was, as of 3067, a Marian Hegemony merchant.[1]

Lucius owned his own vessel, which he used to run a Alpheratz-Galedon V route.[1]
Starting in 3066, when a number of Blakist-turned-obviously conditioned Federated Commonwealth spies were found in Capellan territory, trader and Maskirovka asset Allois Bauer used Lucius to smuggle the spies into the Draconis Combine. Agent transfers were done at unscheduled stops at Quatre Belle and Sinope.[1]
