Allyn Omlid was the commanding officer of the Eighty-third Division of ComStar's Fourth Army as of 3050.[2]
History[edit]
Precentor IV Omlid, serving with the Eighty-third Division, was stationed on New Syrtis in 3050.[2] By 3062, now-Precentor XV Omlid continued to command the Eighty-third Division in its new posting to Bryant.[3] When the Word of Blake Protectorate's formation forced the unit to relocate to Tall Trees, Omlid continued to command it as Precentor XX.[1]
