Unit Description[edit]
The Alpheratz Guards was a BattleMech regiment within the Outworlds Alliance Militia.[1]
History[edit]
In 2782 an ad hoc regiment of personnel from the Star League Defense Force 284th BattleMech Division were persuaded to join the Outworlds Alliance, and in 2784 these troops were used to reactivate the Alpheratz Guards.[1] The Alpheratz Guards were disbanded or destroyed at some point between the end of the Second Succession War and the end of the Third Succession War.[2]

Notes[edit]
- It hasn't been confirmed when the Alpheratz Guards regiment was originally formed; the Guards are not listed as having been mustered during the Reunification War and therefore post-date that conflict, but the regiment was not listed as an active regiment in 2765[5] and had presumably been disbanded by that point.
