Elliot Liao-Subramanya was the commander of the First Liao Guards, with the Capellan Confederation, from at least 3134 to 3145.[1]

Sang-shao Liao-Subramanya led the First Liao Guards during Operation GREAT FLOOD, arriving on Liao shortly after its liberation in August 3134, and conducting a victory parade through downtown Cynthiana. Later, Liao-Subramanya and the First participated in Operation CELESTIAL REWARD in 3144, helping to capture former Republic of the Sphere worlds occupied by the Federated Suns.[2]
By December 3145, Liao-Subramanya and the First Liao Guards were based on Fletcher and Ruchbah.[1]
