Note, this image is technically (and now officially) incorrect, with Focht's eyepatch over the wrong eye socket. BTW reader Matthew Gruba contacted Randall Bills about this issue (via email) and received the following reply:

It was decided by BTW editor Revanche that the image should not actually be flipped, as then the uniform would be wrong and, in effect, solving one issue by creating another. However, it is noted (for the record) that Focht's eyepatch should have been represented as covering his right eye socket.
