Point Commander Kassy Hazen was a Bloodnamed Clan Jade Falcon Elemental during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Kassy Hazen served in Trinary Delta of the 4th Falcon Velites Cluster within Clan Jade Falcon's Vau Galaxy under Galaxy Commander Angeline Mattlov.[1]
Kassy was wounded during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
