Kingsley Phillips was the aide to the commanding officer of the Robinson Operational Area of the Draconis March as of 3067.[1]

Leftenant General Phillips, serving under Hauptmann-General Anton Jacowitz, was executive officer of the Robinson Operational Area's Kentares PDZ in 3054.[2] By 3067, now-Marshal Phillips was serving under Field Marshal Vanessa Bisla as executive officer of the entire Robinson Operational Area.[1]
