Kolby Yuan was the aide to the commanding officer of the New Syrtis PDZ as of 3085.[1]

Rear Admiral Yuan, commanding the Sixth Syrtis Fusiliers' Aerospace Brigade, was stationed on New Syrtis in 3067.[2] After the Jihad, now-Admiral Yuan served under Marshal Xavier Kearney as executive officer of the New Syrtis PDZ by 3085.[1]
