Lenard Bryce was the executive officer to captain Anton Hara of the mercenary DropShip Kaylin.[1]
Personal Appearance[edit]
Bryce spoke with a distinct Regulan accent; his skin was described as "East Indian" and of a darker tone than Captain Hara, his eyes were charcoal black, and his jet black hair was short and slicked back. He wore wire-rimmed spectacles.[1]
History[edit]
As of 3067, Bryce had been a trusted friend and confidant of Captain Hara for more than a decade.[2]
Bryce was still XO aboard the Kaylin when Hara and his ship were hired by Interstellar Expeditions to "safeguard" the JumpShip Sacajawea. By 29 July 3067 they were waiting for orders in the Alterf system, then eventually arrived at Jardine (via Escobas, Shasta, and an emergency jump into interstellar space). In part due to the machinations of IE liaison officer Nathan Bellamy and captain Anton Hara, the Kaylin was eventually boarded by Manei Domini forces led by Apollyon on 9 November 3067. Lenard Bryce was shot in the head and killed by the boarders, who would proceed to kill Hara, and implicitly everybody else on the ship.[3]
